Personal Information Protection Policy
The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "us") fully recognizes the importance of personal information,
complies with the content of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations,
and strives to handle and protect personal information appropriately in accordance with the following basic policy.
Basic Policy
1.Establishment and Improvement of Rules and Regulations Concerning the Handling of Personal Information
We shall establish rules and regulations (including this policy, internal rules and procedures, etc.) regarding personal information, make them known to all employees, and maintain and improve them on an ongoing basis to ensure that personal information is handled in an appropriate manner.
2.Appropriate Management of Personal Information
We shall endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and shall take necessary and appropriate security control measures (organizational, human, physical, and technical) to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., of such personal information.
3.Acquisition of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, we will clearly state the purpose for which the information is to be used, and will acquire only such information as is necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
4.Use of Personal Information
The personal information we obtain will be used only within the scope of the purpose of use.
5.Entrustment of Personal Information
We may entrust the handling of personal information to external parties in order to fulfill the purpose of use. In the event that the handling of personal information is entrusted to an external party, we will enter into a contract with such party to ensure appropriate handling of such information, and supervise said party appropriately.
6.Restrictions on the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide or disclose your personal information to any third party, except with your prior consent or as required by law.
7.Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, and Discontinuation of Use, etc. of Personal Information
If a customer, etc. wishes to have their personal information disclosed, corrected, deleted, or have its use discontinued, we will respond to such requests to the extent reasonable in accordance with the prescribed procedures after confirming the identity of the customer or their representative.
8.Acquisition of Personally Referable Information
We receive information related to customers (personally identifiable information), such as cookies, from third parties who do not possess information that can identify customers, such as names, and we obtain such information as personal data by linking it to customers' personal information managed by us, and use such information in accordance with "I. Purposes of Use of Personal Information" below, unless a separate purpose is indicated. In such cases, the data will be handled appropriately as personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ⅰ.Purposes of Use of Personal Information
Within the scope of our business purposes listed below, we will use personal information for the performance of contracts, sales activities including the provision of information, guidance, and services, marketing activities such as market research and product development, provision of information that we deem useful and appropriate for our customers, and recruitment activities.
- Real estate leasing business
- Real estate trading business
- Design, supervision and contracting of civil engineering and construction work
- Real estate management and appraisal services
- Management, planning, and operation of fee-based nursing homes and other nursing care services
- Planning and performance of various events such as theatrical performances and movies, and management of rental venues
- Management of restaurants
- Management of hotels
- General leasing, sales and purchase, and brokerage of art works
- Selling, purchasing, brokering and managing investments in and equity interests in special purpose companies (companies stipulated in the Regulation on Terminology, Forms, and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements) and real estate investment trusts
- Any and all businesses incidental or related to the preceding items
The above notwithstanding, in cases where personal information is separately obtained by further specifying the purpose of use, the information will be used in accordance with the specified purpose.
Ⅱ.Joint Use of Personal Information
We may share personal information with Sankei Building Group companies and business partners within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in "Purposes of Use of Personal Information." Jointly used personal information, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, will be used jointly within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
